At ILCS, the importance of honesty is a value deeply embedded within our community. Recently, students nominated teachers who they felt exemplified this essential trait, recognizing them for their openness, accountability, and truthfulness. While many teachers were praised for their honesty, one stood out among the rest—Mr. McCauliffe, the Social Studies teacher, who was named the overall winner.

Mr. McCauliffe was nominated multiple times by students for his unwavering honesty. His approach in the classroom is transparent, always sharing his true opinions, sticking to his lesson plans, and providing honest feedback.
